Travel Team USA is proud to be the official travel partner for The 2013 Empire Cup College Showcase tournament which is scheduled for May 11th-12th, 2013.  We have secured discounted hotel rates for your team at major hotels at the best locations.  Once a block of rooms has been reserved for your team, individual names and credit cards need to be provided for each room/family.  Below is information on the process for your team to assign individual rooms.

Please note:

• Please DO NOT call the hotels directly.
• Rooms with two beds are limited; please keep this in mind when selecting room type.
• Reservations cannot be made without a completed rooming list.
• Credit card information is required in order to secure the room and obtain confirmation numbers.
• All hotels have a 72 hour individual cancellation policy. 

Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am until 5:30pm EST.

Teams participating in Empire Cup College Showcase Tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using Travel Team USA.
